About me

I am substitute professor for computer algebra at the University of Kassel.
I am a fellow of the Junge Akademie Mainz.

My research is in nonlinear algebra.

Project: numerical and probabilistic nonlinear algebra

My application for an Emmy Noether Research Group was approved by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft. The title of the project is "Numerical and probabilistic nonlinear algebra".

I am looking for one PhD student and one postdoc to work with me on the project. More info is here:

If you have questions, send me an email.

Workshop: Computational Algebra

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the two minisymposia Algebraic Methods for the Sciences and Computeralgebra at the DMV Tagung were cancelled. As a partial substitute, we decided to host a small workshop with a subset of the speakers for the minisymposia.
